How Far Back
Thanks Elliot. Our story says, Once there was a man. Once . . . How far back did the story take place? In the Middle Ages? Also . . . how come the Father wanted to favour just one child? As opposed to distributing the estate equally into 3 parts.
I wonder if Pip's already come to a decision about our outfits.
Accent
The Father might have a rather posh sound to him - that was the norm, back in the old days, right? The chicken . . . the youngest gives it to him naughtily or naively - because he knows his pop likes to eat chicken!
Ian, my friend, I do so miss your messages. Where art thou?!
Not writing & changes of scale
Just too much on M, I like the scale changing, perspective stuff & the surreal, I'm all at the wrong a

Re Deep (Hello)
Hey, Io - nice to hear from ya! I wonder what sounds the band are cooking up. All might be revealed fairly soon. We could make a musical sound that hints of the dream-like or trance-like. The Sharing music was very bouncy and lively. Can't wait to get to the box part, plus the new box dance!
Love To Sing, Jump, Tell Off
Love the song. The fence jumping. I get the impression that I have to be livid in front of the old timers! Great if they keep misbehaving - then suddenly stop - then use their handy boxes.
Tired
When folks return home - they're fairly bushed. That's why, I think, they see approaching doors, obstructing doors, invisible walls, etc. It's not as if reality changes, inexplicably.
The song is an anthem for sticking together and surmounting daily obstructions. Life is diverse, and there are many things to notice/learn from if one opens one's eyes to possibilities.
Who built the trap-door to the toad-den? The toads or the Father?!
Our Lives & Fairy Tale
I guess we're just taking stories from our lives and displaying them thru an art form. Thru the lens of theatre, leaving home, locking doors behind us and waiting for the bus become good to watch. Movement follows a pattern -being in a train or a lift has its appeal to the watcher - he/she can see the rhythm of goings on. Then, we have the fairy tale which demands that folk believe in talking toads and hidden passages underground. Oh, and the talking maze.
Lotsa Bubble
Lotsa Bubble stuff coming up! Thurs, Fri, and Sunday . . . 2nd stage of the Sharing!
Connection
When we do our movement bits, I guess we also tell a story - for anybody who wishes to 'hear' (or rather to see) it. Is there any link between the Feather story and the rest of the play - I mean does the feather story have any significant connection with the other things going on? We arrive at the beginning - the Man and his children arrive too, in the Feather story. We go thru doors - So does the Youngest. When we return back to our houses - we 'inherit' the Father's fortune.
Ian
I'm still unsure of the links but boundaries, barriers, journeys through time & space, & trespass, seem to be everywhere plus transformation, hope we can carry it off.
