From Docks to Desktops

From Docks to Desktops is an oral history project exploring the subject of work and how changes to work affect a community. The project will look at how the area has changed since the closure of the Surrey Commercial Docks and related industries. The project will also look more closely at how changes in employment have affected community life, friendships and health. The stories and research will be gathered into a new show to be performed in summer 2013.
