Star, Mila, and Raheem go on a school trip to a museum but can’t seem to find anything that represents their experiences. When asked by their teacher ‘what would be exhibited in the museum of YOU?’, the three go on a journey of self-discovery, cataloguing items that represent who they are, where they come from and their relationship to London.
Food, fashion and family impact the friends’ daily lives but can they identify significant influences on their past, present and future?
‘Museum of Us’ explores growing up in the capital through the eyes of teenagers from under-represented demographics who are learning to celebrate their unique identities.
The show will be followed by a Q&A with the cast and creative team, chaired by celebrated writer Dr Darren Chetty. Join us to explore the importance of representation in arts and culture and get involved in the conversation.

Originally commissioned by London Museum, ‘Museum of Us’ has engaged 4000 children aged 9-13 from all 33 London boroughs in an innovative creative and cultural experience.
This impactful partnership has enabled London Bubble to lean on their experience of serving communities who face adversity, to create a brand-new show, enabling thousands of children who are unlikely to visit the theatre to see a professional show in their school.
