Meeting Room & Office Space

Although our building generally remains closed under current government restrictions, the London Bubble will consider hire enquiries on a case-by-case basis

Rehearsals without audiences are permitted to go ahead under tier 5 restrictions if they cannot reasonably be expected to be done from home / virtually, so we are putting a number of measures in place (including restricting numbers, extra cleaning and making all hire spaces self-sufficient) to make sure any hirers can use our spaces safely.

We have a small, ground floor meeting room available to hire on a daily or hourly basis.  Ideal for production meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Our building is fully accessible and we can offer a parking space to users with additional access needs.  Please contact us if you would like to reserve parking for your hire with us.

 

PRICES

Hire Charges

For commercial companies:

  • £126 p/8 hr day
  • £94 half day (4hrs)
  • £29 p/hr

For charities and not for profit companies:

  • £84 p/8 hr day
  • £52 half day (4hrs)
  • £17 p/hr

Charges are exclusive of VAT which will be added at 20%.  We can hold provisional bookings for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Office Space

Individual desk spaces are available to hire in our open plan office. If you need a space for your production manager or ASM to work outside of rehearsals or if you’re a freelancer looking for a space to get your ‘work head’ together, please get in touch about sharing the Bubble office.
