a tale of romance, adventure and dairy products
written by Jonathan Petherbridge

Deep in the Black Forest, Mother Goose struggles to make ends meet.  But things get out of hand when her legendary son, Jack, returns from the big city, the riches he found at the top of the beanstalk all frittered away.  Faced with the prospect of becoming just another agricultural statistic, the terrified animals are forced to flee into the forest.  There they meet a wolf, who seems friendly enough at first, but why does he have such violent mood swings…?

Mother Goose was chosen as the Bubble Pantomime to be revisited in 2014 at ‘Panto Unplugged‘ – the third annual Bubble panto reading.  Find out what happened at last year’s event HERE
