Believes everyone has stories to share and a right for those stories to be seen and heard
Is a safe space for people from all backgrounds to express themselves creatively
Values everybody’s contribution and experience
Designs projects with social and emotional wellbeing in mind
Provides all activities free of charge to the people taking part so that finance isn’t a barrier

We work with three core age groups; children, young people and older adults
The people who make theatre with us are aged 5 – 99
We don’t have a theatre auditorium – we perform in a variety of spaces, depending on what best suits each project
Our team are highly skilled theatre professionals who value engaging people in the arts to express themselves creatively
We rarely use pre-written scripts – the theatre we make comes from the ideas and interests of the people who take part with us
We support people who take part in our Young Theatre Makers programme into careers in the arts
Care is at the centre of our work, including pastoral and emotional support
We deliver commissioned programmes for schools, local authority services and charities
Our practice can also be applied in workplace settings
