Bubble’s Creative Elders Programme offers opportunities for older adults in our local area to connect and create.
Through the sharing of stories, making theatre, exploring dance, music and movement the programme brings people together. By increasing social connections, building communities, supporting maintained independence, good health and wellbeing we hope to address the acute social isolation and lack of physical and emotional stimulation which we know effects the lives of so many.
All activities are currently free to attend.
During the Coronavirus pandemic, whilst we are unable to bring people together as we would usually, we have developed booklets of creative activities for our participants to do at home. Whilst developed with older adults in mind, they can be enjoyed by people of all ages and families living together.
Our facilitators’ specialist skills and experience allow us to offer bespoke opportunities for services working with older adults. Please contact us to discuss how we can work with you.
