We offer accessible spaces suitable for rehearsals, workshops, auditions, meetings, photoshoots and small scale events!
Spaces are available for hire 7 days per week, at day time and hourly rates. We offer distinct rates for commercial companies, charities and non-profit organisations.
We hold provisional bookings for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Bubble was a perfect location for us to rehearse our 48hr panto. It was a very busy weekend and having the flexibility to use the whole space was an enormous asset

Unfortunately, we do not permit parties, faith groups or political groups to hire our space.
Yes. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm but we’re very happy for companies to hire space with us outside of these times.
Please just be aware that we won’t be in the office to assist you – A key safe is on the wall across from the main entrance to the building, information detailing how to unlock the building and disable the alarm can be discussed with you once your booking has been confirmed.
Bubble rooms are mostly used for rehearsals and auditions. We do not permit party bookings.
By train: Our closest station is Rotherhithe on the London overground, a mere 2-3 mins walk away
Bermondsey and Canada Water on the Jubilee line are both about a 15 min walk from Bubble
By bus: 47, 188, 381, C10, P12 Our closest stops are Southwark Park or Rotherhithe Tunnel.

Yes, there is a platform lift to the first floor, accessible bathrooms and a link bridge connecting our two buildings.
We’re also able to offer a parking space to users with additional access needs. Please contact us to reserve parking in advance.
The Rehearsal Room and Studio both have kitchenettes equipped with a kettle, fridge, and sink. There are no cooking facilities.
You’re welcome to use the microwave located in the kitchen area of our open-plan office.
We provide tea and coffee provisions in all rooms, excluding milk.
All our rooms are in regular use, and we rely on everyone to help keep them tidy so, please leave the space as you would hope to find it.
We have a cleaner who comes once per week, but day-to-day upkeep is a shared responsibility. If you need extra bin bags, hand towels, or similar supplies during your time here, just let us know.
Yes! We have WiFi available in all of our rooms. Please ask us for the password when you arrive.
Yes. You’re welcome to leave props and small set items in the room overnight, out of the way, for free. If you have larger or more precious/valuable items that you would like to store providing we have storage space available it can be left in your hired space, locked. This will incur a fee starting at £6.50 per night.
All our rooms are well used most weeks including evenings and weeknights. We just ask you leave the space suitable for other groups to work comfortably as we’d ask them to do the same for you.
This is decided case by case, with fees starting at £30 per calendar month. Please inquire.
Yes, during the period of your hire, we are happy to accept deliveries on your behalf. Please note our regular office hours.
Yes, during Bubble office hours, we can provide A4 print upon request. We charge 15p per single-sided A4 black and white and 30p per single-sided colour.
