  • Take an accurate record of the discussions and any actions raised
  • Type up the minutes within the agreed time frame
  • Send the completed minutes to the Chair and Executive Directors within the agreed timeframe
  • Make amendments to the minutes as required

We are looking for a volunteer who:

  • Has experience of minute taking
  • Is able to write (or type) quickly during the meeting
  • Is able to follow (sometimes complex) discussions and identify key points, comments and actions
  • Has excellent written and grammar skills
  • Is professional, confident and would feel comfortable in a board level environment
  • Is able to understand and follow London Bubble’s policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection
  • Has an interest in the role of the arts in social justice and equity.

This role is a great opportunity to work with a small, friendly and experienced team with diverse skills and knowledge.  We are happy to have an informal chat with prospective applicants about this role and our organisation prior to applications being made.

To apply, please send a covering letter detailing your relevant experience and what interests you about London Bubble to admin@londonbubble.org.uk
