‘Crowded Table’ is an exploration of kitchen spaces as the centre of one person’s life. Friends, family, and food are the backbone of a story about discovering what it means to call somewhere home.’ Frewyn (they/them) and Roly (they/them) are theatremakers working across devising and new writing. They are passionate about telling stories that centre marginalised voices and challenge theatrical norms. This will be their first time collaborating.

CROWDED TABLE was shared in week 1 of our Make Space! festival for Bubble Young Creatives. Make Space! is a 6-week festival supporting and celebrating the talent of early-career theatre makers from underserved and underrepresented communities across London. They take over our rehearsal space for a week, to create, experiment, and develop an exciting new performance which will be shared to the public on their last day.
