At Bubble, we are experts in using theatre to discuss furthering equality and diversity in many aspects of our lives, including the workplace.
With a wealth of experience in working creatively with marginalised communities, we are expertly positioned to devise plays for conferences and training purposes that can support delegates and trainees to understand the issues faced by underserved and underrepresented people.
Bringing difficult topics to life through a truthful and engaging performance creates lasting impact and provides a tangible provocation for further discussion.
These plays are performed by previous members of Bubble projects now working as professional actors.

We offer two types of team days for businesses:
- Bespoke EDI Themed Workshops & Training: enable your staff to explore social issues in and around the workplace that may affect your business.
- Bespoke Performances: confront themes which are pertinent to your team and features a detailed discussion and exploration of the matters addressed.
Bespoke Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Themed Workshops
We work with businesses to identify an area pertinent to their workforce and strategy – providing a creative platform for exploring potentially difficult themes including social and cultural issues and protected characteristics.
Our artists lead consultation workshops with employees to learn about their experiences in the workplace and using the material gathered and case studies from real-life situations, we create a play.
This is then performed for a wider group of employees as part of an interactive workshop during which we facilitate discussion about the topics raised.
The workshops use large and small group activities such as, games, light-touch drama exercises and collaborative writing, designed to challenge thinking, support self-esteem and generate shared enjoyment.

Bespoke Performances
We will bring one of our plays to you to help your staff address themes which may be pertinent to your team. Our skilled and experienced facilitators will hold a safe and inclusive space that enables people to engage in a detailed discussion, exploring the play’s key issues as part of a facilities workshop.
Themes for the day can be set by you or chosen by us. Previous plays and workshops in the workplace have focused on London’s diversity and wellbeing.
