Lucy Bradshaw

Lucy first joined the Bubble family over a decade ago as a member of the intergenerational drama group. She later went on to lead the Creative Elders' programme and now she's keeping a close watch over ALL the Bubble projects. In her spare time she makes her own clothes and drinks plenty of decaff tea!

Marie loves two things: people and stories. Her job here at London Bubble enables her to work with all kinds of interesting people to play, explore stories, create characters and make theatre that matters!

From large-scale public festivals to small in-school projects, Nat has a long history of producing projects and events with and for young people. She loves nothing better than seeing creative ideas brought to life and shared with others ... that and Haribo.

Abena Obeng

Abena, has worked in the participatory arts sector for 5 years at venues like the Young Vic and Old Vic. Starting her Bubble journey as a Young Theatre Maker, she now facilitates across all of our programmes. Catch Abena in the office and she’ll either be talking about her last dancing excursion or some yummy food!

Luana Pontes

Luana's a writer whose admiration for theatre and the Arts began at 17. Forever an advocate for youth participatory arts projects, she has ran her own creative projects. Her work at Bubble serves to oversee the charity’s communications networks, digital platforms and helping drive initiatives that empower support more people on their artistic journeys.

Abimbola Apalara is a blogger, writer and speaker. Abi currently works with Peabody Trust – a large Housing Association in London, and she has over 20 years’ experience, having held various strategic roles within a number of G15 Housing Associations and multinational companies; providing exceptional leadership and strategic solutions.

Anna Shields

Anna Shields is a composer, lyricist, vocal arranger and arts facilitator based in London. She is the co-director of Starling Arts and writes musicals as one half of Garsin & Shields. Her background in applied and community theatre drew her to London Bubble and the company's amazing impact and work.

Elizabeth Holden

Elizabeth Holden

Former City lawyer and constant theatre enthusiast, Elizabeth has spent 10 years building a varied non-executive portfolio in the housing association, real estate and broader commercial sectors, alongside some legal consulting and mentoring of young solicitors.

Lara Grace Ilori

Lara Grace Ilori

Lara's love and curiosity for the creative arts and anthropology has led her to work across the UK and America as an actor, poet and anthropologist. As Co-founder of creative laboratory ILXIAH, Lara also co-produces live performance events and private creative forums at Streatham Space Project.

Miles Webber

Miles Webber

After retiring from his position as Director of Corporate Affairs at Landsec, Miles has a number of non-executive commercial roles, in addition to various charitable trusteeships, including chairing the learning disability and autism charity, Norwood. His enduring passion for the theatre underscores his belief in its transformative power and the potential it offers communities for empowerment and positive change.

Dr Rania Marandos is an independent consultant in the non-profit sector, National Director for the Foundation of Education Development and Trustee of United Learning Trust and London Bubble Theatre Company. She believes in the power of young people and collaboration to achieve lasting systemic change.

Tracey Cheltenham

As Head of UK, GM & Category Lead at Audible, Tracey’s broad digital and corporate experience, as well as her passion for storytelling, helps Bubble drive change through theatre; ultimately providing more enriching experiences to the challenged communities we serve.

Tinashe Sithole

Tinashe Sithole

Learning and Development Director at Golin, Tinashe’s expertise in digital communications, marketing and campaigning has driven numerous organisations toward their ultimate goal of creating a more equitable world. Tinashe is also Trustee at Streets Ahead Rwanda.
